Bulbrite dimmable, 12 watt, 4" color selectable (2700K/3000K/3500K/4000K/5000K) LED downlight is equivalent to a 75 watt incandescent. No recessed can needed.  Using the two spring clips the downlight mounted directly drywall, drop ceilings and other locations. Simply shape a hole and place the downlight inside.
