Establishing a line of credit with Bulbs.com is easy. Simply download, print, fill-out and sign our credit application. We only issue open lines of credit to businesses and encourage that you include a list of references with your application. By filling out the credit application you represent yourself as a municipality, government agency or Dunn and Bradstreet rated corporation.*

Once you've completed the application, please fax it to the Bulbs.com Credit Department at 1.508.363.2900. Your application will be processed within 2 business days. Please note the application must be signed to receive consideration and there may be additional information required in order to open a line of credit. If you have any further questions, please e-mail our Credit Department.

Orders: Entered on the site using your Purchase Order number instead of a credit card.
Terms: Thirty (30) days from the date of shipment.
EFT: Electronic Funds Transfer is available to those interested in paperless payment.
