Columbia Lighting 4' Low Profile Wraparound Fluorescent Light Fixture. The lens can hinge from either side and features a clear acrylic prismatic diffuser. Uses four F32 T8 lamps with Electronic instant start ballast for 120 or 277 voltage.

Ballast Type
