"We ordered what we needed and paid by credit card. The next day, we got a call from them that the LEDs were part of a MassSave program and were available for a huge discount (rebate) as long as we completed and signed a form. Bulbs.com filled out most of the form and emailed it to us to complete it. Once we signed and returned it, our credit card was credited the full amount and then charged at the greatly reduced rate. As we did not know about this program, it was great to have a business call us and have our backs."
