I use the T12's in my shop which has 16-8' bulbs. I've tried others but these are by far the brightest bulb out there. When cold the will flicker a bit until they warm up. Bulbs.com is THE place to buy all of your lighting needs.

Comments about Philips 75 Watt, 96 Inch T12 Daylight White Fluorescent Bulb:

Product was delivered timely and packaged well so all bulbs functioned as they should. First use was in very cold weather, the bulbs took about 10 minutes to stop flickering so i worried they might be defective. But, they soon warmed up and shined brightly and steady. They worked awesome and transformed my dark and dingy shop into a nice bright work space.

                    A:

That would depend. What type of ballast are you using and does it allow for higher wattage? Is your currently 60 watt also Daylight White and do you know the CRI or color rendering of the lamp? Please contact one of our certified Lighting Specialists at 888-455-2800 for further assistance.
