General Shipping Policy
Bulbs.com will ship via ground shipping service to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States for
a flat shipping charge of $9.95 for orders under $100.
Upgraded services are available (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.)
for an additional charge. Costs associated with an upgrade are based on the final weight of the shipment.
Bulbs.com may select an alternative shipper depending on the size and weight of your item.
Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States
(including Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories).
If you order by 4 p.m. Eastern Standard time, the in-stock items will be shipped on the same day
(Monday through Friday). Shipping and handling charges, along with any charged freight, are non-refundable
in occurrences where Bulbs.com has made no error in merchandising or shipping.

Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders
In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the in-stock items will be
shipped immediately. The backordered items will then ship via ground shipping service when stock is
replenished at no additional charge.
The minimum amount for orders outside the 50 United States is $100.00 (U.S.). Bulbs.com will ship via
DHL, UPS, FedEx or through a U.S. freight forwarder of the customer's choosing. Additional shipping
charges will apply. Title and risk of loss of the products pass to the customer upon delivery at the
freight forwarder. The customer is also responsible for payment of taxes, duties, tariffs and any
other charges levied by government agencies. Payments must be made in full using a credit card or
bank transfer at the time of shipment.
