Comments about Simkar LED Puck Light Fixture, NON-DIMMABLE, 5 Pack, Nickel:

I ordered this product for under cabinet style lighting. Specifically to light the desk of and employee who had an bookshelf cabinet on top of his desk so that the offices ceiling lighting would not reach well and he was experiencing severe eye strain while looking at his computer monitor. these puck lights have seem to aleiviate the eye strain. the employee is ery satisfied with the these Puck style lights. the only difficulty I had in installing was the small space that I had to work in, On the desk area where they were being installed.

Comments about Simkar LED Puck Light Fixture, NON-DIMMABLE, 5 Pack, Nickel:

I replaced my under cabinet halogen lights with these and I am happy with them. I wanted to get rid of all my halogen lights and this was my last job. I spliced these into the existing wiring and used tube crimp connectors which worked great.

    • Q:

What is the distance I can place these pucks? I have a long wall that I would like to illuminate, and the 10' cord isn't long enough. Is there a maximum distance I can place them apart from each other? Can I build an extension from the power supply and to each puck?

        A:

The pucks come with connectors to link up to 20 pucks. The standard connectors measure 3 1/2" so the spacing between the pucks would be slightly over 3". There are 12" connectors to link the pucks that can be purchased separately. These would need to be specially quoted through our customer service group. If a quote is desired, please contact customer service at 888-455-2800.
