  • Q:

Is this light bulb the same as a Lithonia Lighting 50-Watt A17 Metal Halide Replacement Light Bulb ?

      A:

We would recommend checking the fixture to see if there is an ANSI code listed to make sure it matches the M110/O ANSI code for this bulb. If so, then the bulb can be used. However, it does not appear to be an exact replacement. The bulb we offer has a much longer life but the light output is less than the Lithonia product.

  • Q:

Is it the same as 50W METALARC M110
    R
    MP50/U/MED

    • CUSTOMER CARE

      A:

This bulb is comparable to the MP50/U/MED and can be used as a replacement. There is a difference in color temperature. This bulb is rated at 4200 Kelvins and will have a brighter, whiter light. If a warmer color is preferred, then a 3000K bulb would be needed.
