  • Q:

I'm looking for bulbs for my house in Spain. I purchased the Ikea E27 Halogen 70W bulbs for my lamps while I was in Spain. I'm looking for a USA supplier since Ikea is a 2 hour drive from my vacation home. Will this bulb work? Is it the same size? I also see that you have a limited amount left in stock and that this item will not be restocked. Any reason for that? Thanks.

      A:

This is the only E27 we carry that sounds appropriate for your application. However, this is a 105 watt lamp and much higher than your 70 watt halogen bulbs. You would need to locate the max. wattage of your fixture before making a purchase. Also, this is 240 volts, is that what you need for your fixture? Additional, we will not replenish inventory after these are gone. Please contact customer Service for further assistance at 888-455-2800.

      A:

No, this is a European E27 and is 1 mm wider than a standard E26 base. The threads on the screw base will not match up correctly.
