Q & A

Bulbrite brand 50 Watt halogen capsules.  JC type, 24 volts for low voltage systems.  Low voltage means a smaller fillament, for greater optical control.

  • Halogen lamps provide brighter, whiter light than incandescent bulbs, while maintaining outstanding color rendering

  • Perfect for undercabinet and accent lighting

DOUBLE CHECK the distance separating the two pins on your existing lamp.  They come in different sizes and if the pins do not match up correctly, the capsule will not fit properly. Distance between pin tips for this version is 6.35mm (0.25")

Comments about Bulbrite 50 Watt, 24 Volt T4 Clear Halogen 6.35mm Bi-Pin Bulb:

Had two shipped, one came in with a busted pin lead, the other ran hot and burnt out after only a short time. I'm wondering if the bulb is dimable. Would have cost more to return than it seemed worth.
Will give 'bulbs' another a try. Shipment was excellant and the product selection is plentyful.

                            A:

A halogen base is measured in mm from center-pin to center-pin. It sounds like your 1/4" measurement aka 6.35mm would fit.
