Bulb Shape

The description of the general appearance of a lamp/bulb consists of a letter(s) followed by a number. The letter indicates the shape of the bulb and the number relates to the diameter of the bulb in eighths of an inch. For example, a common household bulb is the A-19. The bulb is "A" shape and the diameter would be nineteen 8ths of an inch, or 2 3/8".

Color Rendering Index is an international system used to rate a lamp's ability to render object colors. The higher the CRI (based upon a 0-100 scale) the richer and more accurately colors generally appear. CRI differences among lamps are not usually visible to the eye unless the difference is more than 3-5 points.

Color Temperature (Kelvin)

An expression of the hue of the light emitted, measured in degrees Kelvin. Usually expressed by a four digit number followed by (k), such as 2700k. Higher temperatures indicate whiter, "cooler" colors, while lower temperatures indicate yellower, "warmer" colors. Some common Kelvin temperature benchmarks are 2700k (warm white), 3500k (neutral white), 4100k (cool white), 5000k (bright white), and 6500k (daylight).

Great Customer Service

I could not be more pleased with However I ordered the wrong bulb so, was not able to try it out. I contacted by phone & the representative was able to get me the correct bulb. That bulb is great. It is a 9 watt instead of a 13 watt. I love the look of the light. It is a cool white color which is easier on my eyes. also gave me creit for returning the wrong bulbs. Thank you for that. It was unexpected. This light is used in an elevastor where safety is a factor & light is a must!!! Doris R

This little bulb was brightest of all.

It lit up the corner of the kitchen far more than the rest of the ceiling bulbs placed by the contractor when my kitchen was remodeled. I shall replace the others when they die.

Q & A
Is this the equivalent of a 13 watt GE-P9 bulb, model number F13DBX23T4/SPX35. I have searched for that make/model & can't find it, just ones like this. But i need to be sure they will work in the socket. Please advise. Thank you!

Heidi the office girl

This bulb has the same base type as the GE product and should fit into the socket. The only difference between the bulbs is the color temperature. The GE bulb has a 3500K-color temperature or neutral white light output. This Greenlite product has a 4100K-color temperature or cool white light output. The Greenlite bulb will appear brighter.

Product Support

From what I can tell there are two socket with two pins and one with 4 pins. If the pins match, you are probably good, but best to look at the closeups. I can count a few times I went to home depot and got the wrong bulb and it always had to do with me not paying attention to the number of pins.
