This Lutron Nova T® 16 A, 120V Small Control Slide-To-Off Single-Pole Fluorescent 3-Wire Dimmer. No derating required if ganged. Adjustable low-end trim.

The Nova T slide dimmer features a thin profile and the durability contractors expect from Lutron. Many other colors available.
