Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the Coronavirus. Throughout this rapidly evolving situation, the health and safety of our customers, suppliers and team members remains our top priority. We've implemented several health and safety protocols for our team that will protect their health and allow us to continue to serve you. Below you'll find the latest information on steps we're taking to support our commitment to keeping everyone safe and operations up and running.

  • For team members who must be on site to serve our customers, we have implemented the recommended guidelines and have instituted social distancing practices. In addition to the implementation of these practices in our work areas, we are in the process of enabling as many of our employees as possible to work remotely.
  • We have suspended company travel for the foreseeable future and are limiting admittance to our office and distribution center to employees only.
  • Over the past month we have increased our inventory levels. Our distribution center remains open and we continue to same-day ship all in-stock orders placed by 4:00 pm Eastern. For orders waiting for additional product(s), we are using manufacturer stock level and freight tracking data to update estimated deliver dates to our customers. With a majority of suppliers experiencing or expecting longer lead times, Bulbs.com remains committed to keeping our customers informed as quickly as the flow of information allows.
  • We are concentrating on stocking LED fixtures and lamps that are most popular for retrofitting commercial properties. Commercial customers who are working with their utility provider to reduce energy consumption and save money on their electric bill are a priority.
