The Lunera HID LED lamp is a ballast driven (plug 'n play) LED replacement for Metal Halide (MH) and High Pressure Sodium (HPS)  lamps with an E39/EX39 mogul base. This lamp replaces a 175W/200W/250W/310W/320W/400W MH or HPS lamp in lighting applications such as high bay, low bay and parking garages.

Lunera's BallastLED technology makes this lamp a true plug 'n play by allowing it to operate directly off of an existing magnetic HID ballast.

  • Replaces a 175W/200W/250W/310W/320W/400W metal halide (MH) or high pressure sodium (HPS) lamp
  • Ballast driven (plug 'n play) installation with existing magnetic HID ballast
  • Suitable for fully enclosed fixtures
  • Fits vertical mount mogul base (E39/EX39) HID socket
  • Supports ambient temperature from -40ºF to 150ºF
  • Input voltage is dependent on HID ballast
  • Does not support operations with electronic HID ballasts
  • Compatible with a 400W, 320W, 310W, 250W, 200W and 175W magnetic ballast
  • UL Classified

DO NOT "hot swap" this lamp. Turn off fixture before replacing existing bulb. This lamp only operates on existing magnetic high pressure sodium or metal halide ballasts. If the lamp does not light when the luminaire is turned on, remove the lamp from the luminaire. Do not install this lamp into line voltage.

Color Temperature (Kelvin)

An expression of the hue of the light emitted, measured in degrees Kelvin. Usually expressed by a four digit number followed by (k), such as 2700k. Higher temperatures indicate whiter, "cooler" colors, while lower temperatures indicate yellower, "warmer" colors. Some common Kelvin temperature benchmarks are 2700k (warm white), 3500k (neutral white), 4100k (cool white), 5000k (bright white), and 6500k (daylight).
