Comments about MaxLite 50 Watt, 48" Dimmable Utility Wrap LED Fixture, 4000K:

MaxLite, supplier, has a great product. The problem is the trucking company they used. 6 Damaged fixtures, 5 of which we were able to be straightened out from minor bending by the electrician. The 6th fixture was severally damaged and so contacted Bulbs.com. The manufacture, MaxLite sent a new one right away, and Bulbs.com sent me an RMA shipping label for the damaged unit. If buying large quantities, DO NOT USE the trucking company method.

Service and delivery comments:

Shipper had horrible service! They set up 4 appointments and we had to wait 6 hours each time and they never showed up. Every time we called, we got excuses. They finally came back the same day as the 4th scheduled appointment. That's when the first damaged light was found. The other 5 fixtures were found damaged when the two electricians were installing them.
