An expression of the hue of the light emitted, measured in degrees Kelvin. Usually expressed by a four digit number followed by (k), such as 2700k. Higher temperatures indicate whiter, "cooler" colors, while lower temperatures indicate yellower, "warmer" colors. Some common Kelvin temperature benchmarks are 2700k (warm white), 3500k (neutral white), 4100k (cool white), 5000k (bright white), and 6500k (daylight).

Comments about Bulbrite Non Dimmable 2W 2200K Vintage CA10 Filament LED Bulb:

We have these in a chandelier that cannot be dimmed. Therefore, fewer lumens and a yellower light was desired, and these deliver. They are still bright enough to provide plenty of light on our upstairs landing/hall/staircase. My only complaint is that a few of them didn't seat completely in the socket, as the bottom contact point seemed a little shorter on some than on others.

      • CUSTOMER CARE

        A:

This lamp is dimmable and will not flicker if used with a compatible dimmer. Unfortunately the lamp manufacturer only lists a short list of compatible dimmers, and only one from Lutron, which is our supplier of wall mounted dimmers. The Lutron dimmer that is compatible is # SELV-300P, and is offered in multiple color options. Per the lamp manufacturer if this dimmer is used with up to 6 lamps in 6 sockets you won't experience flickering. If you'd like to special order this product please contact Customer Service.
