A Great Night Light

By replacing the ten 15-watt bulbs that I used as 24/7 night lights in dark hallways, I will save $100 per year, and these 10 LED's should last at least 3 years.

These bulbs are not good for anything other than a night light. They're just too dim for anything else.

Q & A
will it work in a light activated yard light where i'm using 15 W incandescent?

This bulb can be used in an outdoor fixture that has a photocell, timer or motion sensor. The bulb should not be used in a totally enclosed fixture. If heat is allowed to build up in the fixture, it will affect the life and performance of the bulb.

are these energy star rated?

jason

This bulb is UL Listed but is not Energy Star rated.

Product Support

What would you use this bulb for? What is the wattage equal to for an incandescent bulb?

Sarah from Columbia

This bulb is primarily used for sign/marquee and indicator applications. This type of low powered LED provides very little light output and is light to be seen as opposed to see by. The rated light output for this bulb is 4 Lumens and does not have an incandescent equivalent. A typical incandescent sign or indicator bulb provides about 6-9 Lumens per Watt.
