Huge Cost Effective Upgrade

We had 2 standard 75 watts flood light mounted 3 stories up lighting the backyard, once these 150 watt bulbs were installed I would say it was 4 times as bright in the backyard for only a few dollars more.

Short Lived

We are very disappointed with the life of these bulbs. We purchased 15 of these bulbs, we use them 20 hours a week, and in 4 months, 30% of them have already burned out. If you are buying these bulbs for the price, I recommend buying 40% more than you need, because you will be replacing them soon.

Q & A
Since this bulb is no longer available or there any comparable bulbs to use in place of?

Kat

Most PAR halogen lamps have a suitable replacement whether an IR Halogen, CFL or LED. Since this was a 150 watt lamp, we do not carry one yet with an equivalent brightness to the Halogen energy used. Our Brightest LEDs are equal to 120 watt lamps: http://www.bulbs.com/Reflector-BF_Category/Medium_(E26)-Bulb_Base/1000_--_2499/LED_Bulbs/PAR--38-Shape/results.aspx?Ns=P_Brightness+Sort%7C1 Please contact one of our certified Lighting Specialists at 888-455-2800 for further assistance in finding the right light.
