Comments about Halco Lighting Halco 25W 130V G16 Clear Globe Bulb, E26 Base:

I purchased the Orgasma Chandelier which requires 20 E12 bulbs. I purchased these bulbs and they fit and look perfect. The only negative is that because they are clear, you can easily see finger prints... but that can be easily fixed. I couldn't be more happy!

  • Q:

Can this bulb be used base up? Most can only be used base down or horizontal?
    Asked on 10/26/2011 by Anonymous

    1 answer

Historically, the bulb will last longer when operating base down since the heat does not affect the socket/base or filament. However, the manufacturer does not list any restrictions regarding the burning position of this bulb.
