Comments about Philips Lighting Company 8 Watt, 12 Inch T5 Warm White Fluorescent Bulb:

This Phillips bulb has a very long life -- much longer than other brands we've tried. The others are cheaper but they burn out really fast.. So this one is more than worth the extra cost. This bulb has a good quality of warm natural whiite. I'd like to try a bulb with a warmer rating just to see what it looks like, but none of the major manufacturers makes such a bulb as far as I can tell.
