An expression of the hue of the light emitted, measured in degrees Kelvin. Usually expressed by a four digit number followed by (k), such as 2700k. Higher temperatures indicate whiter, "cooler" colors, while lower temperatures indicate yellower, "warmer" colors. Some common Kelvin temperature benchmarks are 2700k (warm white), 3500k (neutral white), 4100k (cool white), 5000k (bright white), and 6500k (daylight).

I can't seem to connect to any music. I only see a main screen. Connected to bulbs, can change light on/off and dim.
Also can turn volume up or down. Don't even see a screen to play music. Please advise.

            A:

The music is coming from your mobile device…..i.e iTunes, youtube, spotify, tunin radio, pandora, etc. The main screen with the light option and the volume is the only screen you will see. The music is accessed from whatever media you use. Hope this helps. If you have further questions you may want to contact the manufacturer directly at support_NA@sengled.com.

        • Q:

What is the longevity of this bulb...... is there a track record that suggests the bulb won't blow??

New to LED bulbs so any inputs would be great.

            A:

LED lamps inherently last much longer than other technologies, such as incandescent and halogen, due to it being a solid state product. They also offer a great deal of energy savings vs. their incandescent counterpart. The average rated life for this LED is 25,000 hrs. Incandescent/Halogen are only rated around 1,000 hours. The product has a limited one year warranty. This extended life for LEDs are one of the main benefits of LEDs vs. other technologies.
