There was a problem delivering this order originally as our school was closed for break. I was immediately given a full refund including shipping! Then I reordered and all was fine.

Comments about Philips Lighting 100 Watt, 120 Volt G40 White Long Life Globe Bulb:

As this dining rrom fixture was made in Italy the special bulb is not carried by most stores. I find it easier and quicker to shop Bulbs online. this is a long lasting bulb that really works. that is why I ordered another to have a spare. what will happen when our dumb Govt.
has decreed that only flourecent bulbs will be available. this fixture has a transparent canopy and only thid bulb looks right.

                  A:

This is an incandescent bulb and can be used outdoors however; the bulb should be used in either an enclosed or protected fixture. It should not come in direct contact to the elements.
