Cost effective compared to local vendors. Runs very hot and moderrate hours of usage. But purchase cost again out weighs hours of burn time

I want to replace a T4 halogen with a comparible CLF bulb. Please advise of which one to purchase. Thank you!!

          • CUSTOMER CARE

            A:

Currently there are no CFL's available in T4 style with E11 (mini-candelabra) base. We can offer a Chroma bulb. The light output is whiter but use less energy since they are only available in 40 or 60 watts. The following link will show the bulbs that are available. http://www.bulbs.com/Chroma_Lamps/results.aspx.
