    my electrican says i need a 2 pin PLC 13 watt flourescent bulb, will this work? and is it dimmable?

      A PLC fluorescent is a double twin tube bulb. This particular bulb would not be the bulb needed. Also, 2-pin compact fluorescents are non-dimmable.
