  • Q:

I'm currently using B10 bulbs in my indoor chandelier and my out door covered porch light. I want to buy these amber lights for my porch. My question is will they fit?

      A:

The diameter of this bulb is slightly wider than the B10 type bulb. It measures 1 3/8" as opposed to 1 1/4". The length of this bulb is 4". It may be best to compare the dimensions to the B10 currently being used to make sure it will fit into the fixtures. Also, this has a candelabra base (approximately 1/2" in diameter). The B10 type bulbs can come in different size bases. We would also recommend measuring the base diameter to make sure this will fit into the socket.
